1.  Adjust thermostats: By lowering the thermostat in winter 1 or 2 degrees and raising the thermostat in summer, you can save up to 10% per year on your energy bills.
2.  Reduce the hot water temperature: If you are not washing dishes, you can lower the domestic hot water temperature to 110 degrees.
3.  Shut the door! There is no need to heat or cool the outdoors.
4.  Turn off lights and equipment when not in use.
5.  Seal off unused areas and don't heat or cool them: Storage areas are a good place to start.

7.   Install heavy- duty plastic strip curtains on garage bay doors: If you have bay doors in the warehouse, these curtains will prevent much of the cold and hot air from infiltrating the warehouse space.
