Installation – Armistead is experienced in all types of mechanical installations, from the most advanced environmental control systems to the simplest of plumbing and piping projects utilizing all types of materials. Professional techniques and procedures assure a high-quality installation with on-time completion.

Completion & Commissioning – Armistead coordinates with our subcontractors and other trade contractors on the job to pre-check every part of the system as early as possible. We make sure that the entire system is fully operational and that it conforms to your needs before we leave the job site.

Operational Maintenance – Service and maintenance are an important part of keeping any system performing at its maximum capacity over the years. Armistead Mechanical helps you protect your investment with a special optional preventative maintenance program through our service company, AMI Services, Inc.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control – The QA/QC process continues through the construction phase of our projects. At the construction phase, QA/QC procedures include documenting issues for specific project standards, working with on-site project managers and providing field supervision and technical support as needed.
