• Scope of Work: Process Piping, Plumbing, HVAC
• Building Type: Manufacturing Plant
• New 485,000 square foot facility for manufacturing polymer roofing materials and coatings.
• Armistead installed the plumbing and HVAC for the warehouse, manufacturing and office areas of the building.
• Process piping work consisted of nearly 7,000 feet of welded piping from train unloading sections to tank farms and final hook-ups to equipment.
• Fully coordinated and drafted with 3D modeling and fabrication drawings.
• All of the customer’s milestone dates for manufacturing, start-up and quality assurance were met.
