Chiller Plant Upgrade

• Armistead acted as the turnkey contractor managing excavation, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical components for this 4,500 ton chiller plant which also included upgrades to the existing heating plant.
• It was critical to maintain all infrastructure systems to the hospital while the project was going on during the winter months.
• This project was part of the local utility company’s Hospital Energy Efficiency Program.
