• Building Type: Neurosurgery Device Manufacturing
• A gut renovation of a 24,000 square foot building for a new soft tissue manufacturing facility.
• Along with a new bio-waste system installation, the project also included the installation of two lyophilizers, WFI, clean steam and laboratory gases.
• Full BIM coordination at Level 300.
• A completely documented, validated system with turnover packages was delivered to the client.
