- Interesting aspects/ challenges: Fast track project. Completion during early COVID Pandemic. Project location in busy iron bound location of Newark. Piping to equipment included: hose stations, glass washers, cart washers, ice plant filtration system, ice melt system. The facility receives airplane carts just off recent flights, cleans them and any glassware, prepares meals, and reloads with food, beverages, and ice
