- Armistead performed upgrades in the 36,460 square foot vivarium facility.
- Critical systems included an Edstrom animal watering system and lab gases.
- Upgrades to existing steam systems in the building were also completed.
- All work had to be performed with high sensitivity to live animals and ongoing research experiments.
